Our weekly schedule is as follows:
Monday [Learn to Ride] - TBA
Expect to have fun learning the basic skills of road riding. This course will include a comprehensive curriculum to get you up to speed and help you to begin mastering the dynamic art of cycling. There will be lots of drills to help you quickly become confident and safe in all situations. We will also cover all the whats, whys, and whens so you are battleship ready for anything.
Set the fun factor to 10 and let's to do it together!
Meet at Hawrelak Park at 6:15pm (first parking lot)
(6 sessions) First Ride - June 3rd
Tuesday [Interval Ride]
Two hours of our favourite pain. We form subgroups of riders with similar fitness levels to run Australian pursuits on quiet country roads. The groups are spaced two minutes apart for each chase, before regrouping and starting again. Remember, we always start together and finish together.
Length of the ride is typically 60-70 kms depending on the time of year.
Departs from the store at 6:15pm
Thursday [Rouleur Ride]
Rich leads us through varying, all-around style rides with an average pace between 28 and 32 km/h.
Length of the ride is typically 60-90 kms depending on the time of year.

Saturday [Coffee Ride]
These rides are a bit more relaxed as we ride through the beautifully paved roads of Strathcona Country to Beaumont for a quick coffee in the sun before returning home.
Length of the ride is 60 kms and all pace groups are welcome!
Departs from the store at 9:30am
Sunday [Track Ride]-TBA
This is a learn-to-ride-and-race program designed to take you from a novice to advanced level. There will be drills, skills training, some theory, and a lot of fun.
